Great location near popular tourist sites and Manuka area. Apartment was spacious and comfortable for a large family. The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The lack of soundproofing was a major drawback, as we could hear everything happening outside. The limited number of couches meant that some of the kids had to sit on the floor.

Location was noisy as construction was going on. I did not like returning or collecting the key from the office which is located too far from whete you provided accommodation.

The location was a pleasant surprise, as it was in a different suburb than I had expected, but still close to some attractions and the city centre. It was also convenient for walking to nearby food venues and the Canberra Centre. The apartment itself was modern and spacious, perfect for my family, with a great balcony for the kids to play on. The car parking was secure and having two spots was a bonus.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Impressive size and decor. Large flat-screen TV in main room. Kitchen and laundry very well equipped. Lots of wardrobe space. Nice high ceilings and good lighting. A TV in bedroom would have been a touch of luxury.

Our apt was on the top floor, referred to only as the 2nd floor. For the uninitiated, the 1st floor in Australia is called the Ground Floor, the 2nd floor becomes the 1st, the 3rd is the 2nd and so on. Add the basement carpark and we actually had FOUR FLIGHTS of STAIRS to carry our luggage and grocery shopping up!!!! Way too much. This was a real black mark. There was no landline which was not an issue. However lack of internet or WIFI was a big problem when you dont know the city. Could Google restaurants, just had to drive around looking! Not exactly 2013.

We stayed at a spacious apartment that offered awesome views. the rooms were comfortable and the decor was great. the kitchen was modern and well-equipped. the shower was also lovely. the location was convenient as it was a short walk to the nearest shopping mall and close to the event we were attending in the area. It was also near all the popular tourist destinations.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the apartment, such as cup stains on the dining and lounge tables, and dirty glasses in the kitchen.

Airconditioning not adequate overninght - hot in bedroom Should be able to leave the key in the apartment when leaving. Having to drop it back to office was inconvenient

This hotel provided luxurious and exclusive amenities with a spacious and modern apartment, perfect for couples or families with older children. the location was excellent, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Private parking was included.

One minor issue was the broken clock in the bedroom. Otherwise, the room advantages were exceptional, with interesting artwork throughout the venue.

Great location and spacious apartment with friendly staff I recently stayed in an apartment for a business trip and I was impressed with the location of the apartment. It was centrally located and I was able to easily get around the city. the apartment itself was spacious and had all the amenities that I needed for my stay. the best part of my experience was the friendly staff.

the apartment could have been better maintained because some of the amenities were not in good condition.

Keys had to be picked up & dropped off at a location different to the accommodation, unit could have been cleaner & better equipped eg wine glasses, washing up equipment, proper instructions for stove
